A.  Pick up Market Place, Corporate sales, Customer Apps, dan Pesan lewat Whatsapp (PESAWAT)

1. Monitoring pick up

  • Tarik STT report setiap jam 10.00 dan jam 14.00 untuk cek request pick up
  • Monitoring dashboard pick up untuk Market Place, Customer Apps, dan Pesan lewat Whatsapp (PESAWAT)

2. Mencarikan kurir untuk melakukan pick up via Whatsapp

3. Melakukan assign manual ke kurir / KVP yang bersedia melakukan pick up

4. Melakukan pendataan pick up guna perhitungan fee pick up KVP

5. Melakukan update system Jarvis

6. Monitoring pick up untuk Konsol-konsol all Indonesia

B.  Internal Data Center

1. Membuat data Presentase POD untuk wilayahJABODETABEK dan CIK daily

2. Melakukan rekap data pick up dan menghitung fee pick up KVP berdasarkan kebijakan perusahaan weekly

3. Melakukan crosscheck jika terjadi selisih pick up yang dilaporkan oleh team KVP
