4. Melakukan koordinasi lintas divisi (Operasional, ownsales, commercial, helpdesk, IT, Keagenan) berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang timbul pada saat proses monitoring

5. Menjaga hubungan baik antara corporate dengan Lion Parcel

6. Mengirimkan report daily setiap akhir tugas
