7. Aktif memberikan informasi baik secara online/offline kepada anggota komunitas. Memahami alur penyusunan event mulai dari awal hingga pelaporan.
8. Memahami alur penyusunan event mulai dari awal hingga pelaporan.
9. Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft, trello, dan evernote atau project management tools lainnya.
10. Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline, dinas luar kota, dan bekerja di akhir pekan jika dibutuhkan.
Responsibilities
1. Menyusun dan melaksanakan pengadaan merchandise untuk event, komunitas, NPOS, dan sales di Lion Parcel.
2. Membantu perencanaan, eksekusi, dan pelaporan event, baik event internal atau eksternal dari Lion Parcel.
3. Menyusun budget, mengajukan budget, melakukan pelaporan penggunaan budget di setiap event dan pengadaan merchandise.
4. Menjadi koordinator lapangan untuk event Lion Parcel di bawah arahan manajer terkait.
5. Menyusun aktivasi selama event, mulai dari rundown, games, hingga aktivasi di bazar-bazar terkait yang diikuti oleh Lion Parcel.
