8. Memahami model bisnis franchise dan mitra untuk dikembangkan dari segi marketing, branding, sales, dan business strategy untuk pengembangan POS (agen) Lion Parcel di seluruh Indonesia

9. Memahami standar-standar branding yang disesuaikan dengan keadaan masing-masing daerah di Indonesia.

10. Mengerti alur kerja ATL, BTL, dan TTL untuk pengembangan POS Lion Parcel

11.  Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft, trello, dan evernote atau project management tools lainnya.

12. Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline, dinas luar kota, dan bekerja di akhir pekan jika dibutuhkan.



Responsibilities

1. Menyusun checklist standarisasi untuk POS Lion Parcel

2. Melakukan tracking implementasi checklist standarisasi POS Lion Parcel

3. Membuat guide book marketing, brading, sales, dan business strategy untuk POS Lion Parcel

4. Membuat lookbook tampilan POS Lion Parcel sesuai standar cost effective dan kemampuan ekonomi di daerah-daerah

5. Membuat POS percontohan dan program sejenis untuk pengembangan POS Lion Parcel

6. Aktif membantu promosi POS via ATL, BTL, dan TTL

7. Membuat laporan mingguan terkait dengan case yang dihadapi oleh POS Lion Parcel
