7. Memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun event mulai dari awal hingga pelaporan
8. Memahami cara membuat materi dan pengembangan yang berguna untuk driver atau kurir Lion Parcel
9. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan program komunitas untuk driver atau kurir Lion Parcel
10. Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft, trello, dan evernote atau project management tools lainnya
11. Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline
12. Bersedia dinas luar kota dan bekerja di akhir pekan jika dibutuhkan
Responsibilities
1. Menyusun event reguler untuk driver atau kurir Lion Parcel
2. Membuat materi dan presentasi pada setiap event
3. Membuat program pengembangan untuk driver atau kurir Lion Parcel, baik program sosial, bisnis, atau lainnya
4. Aktif membuat inovasi dan hal-hal kreatif terkait dengan program engagement dan development untuk driver atau kurir Lion Parcel
5. Membuat laporan mingguan terkait dengan case yang dihadapi oleh driver/kurir Lion Parcel
6. Membuat laporan setelah event, kegiatan, gathering dan lainnya
