Requirements

3. Dapat menggunakan aplikasi online seperti E-mail, Google Product, Excel Calculation, Trello dan CRM Software

4. Dapat beradaptasi terhadap perubahan lingkungan dengan cepat

5. Kreatif dan Inovatif dalam membuat program berdasarkan data

6. Memahami CRM dalam mengembangkan produk digital

7. Mengerti cara mengolah data customer dengan tool pengolah data digital 

8.  Memahami data analytics dan insight untuk pengembangan program

9. Mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi pengolah data.

10. Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline, 

11. Bersedia melakukan dinas luar kota dan bekerja di akhir pekan jika dibutuhkan.





Responsibilities

1. Menyusun CRM Journey untuk pengguna jasa kirim Lion Parcel 

2. Membuat program-program baru berdasarkan dari data dan hasil CRM per 1-3 bulan 

3. Membuat Ad Hoc Project dengan target customer yang jelas dan durasi serta wilayah yang  sesuai dengan data 

4. Mengembangkan program jangka panjang dari data CRM

5. Membuat laporan CRM mingguan dan bulanan

6. Bekerjasama dengan POS dalam pengembangan program CRM

7. Membuat presentasi saran dan masukan untuk POS dari data CRM
