Responsibilities


  1. Menangani pertanyaan dari pelanggan terkait produk dan layanan melalui telfon, chat, email, social media.
  2. Mengatasi masalah produk dan layanan dengan memberikan klarifikasi keluhan pelanggan, menentukan penyebab masalah, mempercepat koreksi atau menindaklanjuti untuk menyelesaikan masalah. 
  3. Membuat laporan berdasarkan hasil tidaklanjut yang sudah di lakukan.
  4. Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan mitra.
  5. Mampu berkoordinasi terkait permasalah dengan mitra dan divisi terkait.
  6. Memberikan umpan balik kepada tim untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim.
