Responsibilities

1. Merencanakan dan mengelola kegiatan rutin seperti meeting, kunjungan operational berjalan efektif.

2. Melakukan koordinasi dengan Office Management dan Operational terkait rencana kegiatan BOD yang akan dilakukan.

3. Berpartisipasi dalam meeting, meliputi mempersipkan data dan bahan presentasi, alat yang dibutuhkan, dan melakukan recording meeting minute.

4. Memonitor dan merespon setiap proses komunikasi yang masuk kepada BOD termasuk telepon dan emails.

5. Menyelesaikan dan memantau klaim reimbursement BOD.

6. Melakukan pengelolaan kebutuhan data administrasi BOD.

7. Mengatur jadwal dan rencana kegiatan BOD dengan Vendor
